1. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cooling-off rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day “cooling-off” period does not apply to bookings for leisure activities scheduled for a specific date, including our courses.

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the course: If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the course start date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the course: If you cancel your place within 14 days of the course start date, no refund will be given. This is because we commit resources and incur costs in advance of the course.

  • Non-attendance: If you do not attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be given.

  • Transfers: At our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your booking to a future course of the same value if you notify us at least 7 days before the course start date.
